This tutu is simply elegant!!! One of tulle fabric and satin waistband. The blue and yellow flower on front is 4 inches in diameter. Unstretched waist is 7 inches. Stretched waist is 14 inches. This tutu is 11 inches long from waistband to bottom of the skirt. Pretty rose petals float in the layer of tulle. This tutu can fit girls ages 6 months to 8 years. It looks great with a leotard and tights or even over jeans or leggings.
