This tutu is simply elegant!!! Three layers of tulle fabric and satin waistband. The giant red daisy on front is 7 inches in diameter. Unstretched waist is 8 inches. Stretched waist is 15 inches. This tutu is 12 inches long from waistband to bottom of the skirt. This tutu can fit girls ages 6 months to 6 years. It may fit an older child if she has a smaller waist.
