How much is charged for shipping?
Shipping is based on weight of the item and your location. I ship to the US, Canada, as well as to a few other countries. I try to keep the shipping costs down and use delivery confirmation in the USA. For some items, I must charge for insurance as they may be more fragile or are more expensive items. On items which have free shipping, this is for parcel post, ground or first class shipping as appropriate. It does not include priority shipping, overnight shipping or express. Please contact me before you purchase an item that has free shipping if you require priority mail or other quicker options.

What forms of payment do you accept?
BelleMarie's Closet loves to use Paypal because of the convenience for our customers. All international customers must use Paypal or Google Checkout. We also accept USPS money orders. Please be advised that if you send a money order, your order will be held until it clears the bank (usually 10-14 days). We can also accept credit card payments via Paypal. Thanks for your patronage.

At BelleMarie's Closet, your privacy is very important to us. All information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are located within Wisconsin and must charge Wisconsin state tax for all orders to Wisconsin residents. The tax is based on locality and zip code.

What if an item does not fit or does not work out for me?
Purchases may be returned within 14 days from the day you received your order. Please email us and put the word return in the email. We will email you back a return authorization number. Please let us know in the email why you wish to return the item (wrong color, does not fit well, etc.). All items must be unused, unwashed and in the original condition as sent with all hang tags in place for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We can not accept returns on the following items: swimsuits, underwear, socks or tights, seasonal/holiday items, pajamas or sale items. All sales become final within 14 days after you receive your order. We do not provide partial refunds.

Will you combine shipping if I buy more than one item?
I am happy to combine shipping for customers. I base combined shipping on total weight of all items plus delivery confirmation. If you buy an item which has free shipping, the weight of that item will not be used to calculate total shipping.

How long does it take to ship my item?
I try to ship within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your order. Shipping may be delayed due to problems with wintery weather, issues with the post office or problems with Paypal. I have been experiencing problems with the USPS site. Please email me if you need your item more quickly. Shipping to Canada and other countries takes more time due to customs. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
